Project: 23 apartments over three level plus basement car park

Twenty-three individually designed one and two-bedroom apartments spread over three levels above a secure basement car park. Construction techniques including use of waterproof concrete to safeguard against leaking tanking on balconies. Structural walling systems facilitated faster more efficient construction, reduction in waste and optimum efficiency in materials handling, reducing reliance upon drainage. Screening was used throughout to eliminate future maintenance problems.
