The first of many successful projects of its kind for May Constructions, located along the Chapel Street retail precinct in South Yarra. A series of new retail spaces were seamlessly added to the rear of the heritage corner building, activating the Oxford Street street front. A first-floor showroom space spanned the retail spaces and the building was topped off with a luxury penthouse apartment.
