DELIVERED THREE MONTHS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
May Constructions delivered this four stage project over the course of 12 months from January 2018 to December 2018, despite a Contract Completion date scheduled for late March 2019.
The first stage was the upgrade of an existing Hall into three modern classrooms. The entire space was stripped so that all internal finishes were removed, including the floor and ceiling. The sub-floor and roofing structure were strengthened before having new linings installed. The space was then fitted out to include three flexible classroom spaces, complete with operable walls, extensive pin-boarding and architecturally designed flooring.
Following stages were the refurbishment of a derelict toilet block and external landscaping works. The project culminated with the construction of a brand new STEM, Library and Art Building, complete with architectural facades and a large outdoor learning environment. The project team worked professionally throughout the project, maintaining positive relationships with the School and Design Team.
