Boston Apartments comprise 18 beautiful boutique homes crafted over four levels to create a small community of home owners who share our passion for intelligent design and flawless quality. The spacious and light-filled apartments sit over a basement carpark offering a mix of on-grade parking and state-of-the-art car stackers. Storage cages, bicycle parking, water tanks and a waste room servicing a garbage chute fitted with a diverter to ensure that recycling is facilitated and encouraged, complete the basement. The apartments enjoy either a landscaped terrace or generous balcony, quality appliances, stone benchtops, timber floorboards, ceiling fans, European laundries and an abundance of storage. The building is secured by an electronic access control system with intercom to each apartment and a passenger lift provides for ease of movement from basement to penthouse. This project was delivered on budget, on time and to the highest of standards.
