A landmark project for Barkers Road and the City of Boroondara, Frankie Apartments is one of a kind. 
The building maximises its use of space by utilising a design that eliminates the need for a central common corridor and lobby.  This allows for larger, more strategically placed apartments that each gain access to multiple aspects, allowing much sought after cross-ventilation through each space.
The use of high quality materials such as Zinc and Glass mean the exterior surfaces will experience minimal wear over time and will continue to look just as amazing long into the future.
