Reducing greenhouse gas emissions by an estimated 50% and mains water use by 60%, as well as generating solar-powered hot water and electricity, there's no surprise Hendrix achieved the highly regarded 5 Green Star rating. The seven storey building with its striking design and bold street presence was completed in just 14 months.
