Project: 26 apartments plus basement parking and storage

Consisting of 26 boutique apartments over six levels with basement parking and storage, this project is positioned in the heart of the Auburn Village retail district. The structure extended to all four boundaries of the site, with bulk excavation requiring piling and underpinning of the neighbouring properties. This presented an amazing challenge for us, however, our team maintained the utmost professionalism and drive to bring the project in months ahead of time.
